Kindness to Others is one of the pillars of our Kindness Vision. We invite you to take part by sending personalized notes of gratitude to fellow ALG Vacations® colleagues who have made a positive impression on you or lifted you up in some way.
A little sentiment goes a long way in making someone's day, and giving can be even more gratifying than receiving, so spread the love! Send an expression of kindness today, tomorrow, or whenever you're inspired to share feel-good vibes with someone special in our ALGV family.
To send a kindness note, we recommend using Chrome.
Then
follow these simple steps:
1. Fill in your name, recipient's first name, and compose your message.
2. Select your kindness card from the images provided. The chosen card populated with your message will display. (Edit your message by clicking on the image of the card you originally selected.)
3. Select the "Download Kindness Card" button and preview the image.
4. Open a new email in Outlook, select the "Insert" tab, then click "Pictures" and Insert Picture from "This Device" from the drop-down menu.
5. Select your kindness card from the "Downloads" folder. (Alternatively, you can send it as an attachment.)
6. Be sure to Cc kindness@algvacations.com. Your messages will remain confidential and will be shared only with your chosen recipients-we simply will be tracking the number of cards sent.
7. Add a subject line, send your card, and put a smile on a coworker's face!
